    The Five Rules of Comedy

    Taught to me six years ago by my coworkers at the New York Renaissance Faire.

    1.  Comedy is pain.
    2.  Comedy isn’t pretty.
    3.  Comedy comes in threes.
    4.  ”K” sounds are funny.
    5.  If it bends, it’s funny.  If it breaks, it’s not funny.
